February Gigs!

It’s been a busy year so far, having already played 14 gigs this year! We have lots of exciting performances lined up – so be sure to keep up to date.

We hope you have all had a wonderful festive break, but it’s back to work here at Radio HQ!
We’re busy learning lots of new songs for some very interesting performances over the next couple of months – and as always, there will be lots of cool new songs for our sets at the eclectic Brewhemia. Tie the Knot Scotland Magazine Feature
We are very excited to be featured in the July/August issue of Tie the Knot Scotland’s magazine. We absolutely love playing for weddings and are looking forward to meeting all the wonderful couples getting married this year and next!
Vintage Shoot With Claire Fleck Photography And The Glasgow Film Crew.
A couple of weeks ago we had a very exciting day of filming and photographing with some wonderful people.
We were very lucky to record a couple of our tracks as videos with Andy and George from the Glasgow Film Crew. Tracks like “Teenage Dirtbag” and “Cruella De Vil” should be up online in the next few months for all you lovely people to have a listen to!
We had some help from Ariana at Vanity Thrills Vintage Beauty Parlour who styled Sophie’s hair into 1940’s waves, which managed to last the entire day of filming (and a very windy walk!). Ariana is a very talented lady who specialises in vintage hair styles for all event, check her out at: http://www.vanitythrills.com/
We were also thrilled to have some pictures taken by the ever talented Claire Fleck. Claire is a wonderful wedding photographer, with an enchanting catalogue of work, so we were very pleased that we could persuade her to take some pictures of us.

Murthly Castle Wedding
Murthly castle is the perfect wedding venue if you are looking for something romantic and straight out of the history books. We were very lucky to play there for the wedding of David and Gemma early this month, and are delighted to share some photos taken by Nigel Lumsden Photography from the occasion.
